**We are a multi-national property company based in Victoria Park and are part of a larger group under the umbrella of CC International Limited which is head quartered in Kuala Lumpur.**

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Property Manager** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of a well-maintained property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service
- Managing rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Maintaining accurate documentation and database records
- Conducting final Inspections
- Management of rent in arrears
- Carrying out repairs & maintenance

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- Current WA Property Manager Registration
- Valid WA driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Well-versed in property management software (e.g. REST, IRE)
- Professional, organised and reliable with strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
