**About the opportunity**
PICA Group’s branch NSW Strata in Norwest is looking for an Assistant Strata Manager. This role would work 5 days per fortnight from home and 5 days per fortnight from our office.
As an Assistant Strata Manager, your duties will include:
- Build on your strata knowledge and support assigned Strata Managers in the service delivery of PICA’s Owners Corporation Management Agreements with repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
- Engage with committee members to provide information or handle situations related to their community.
- Maintain documents and records related to the community within a document management system.
- Prepare and update meeting records and documents using a digital document transaction system
- May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager.
**We’re looking for someone who has.**
- You have some experience in an admin role
- You know how to use Microsoft but also have experience using a CRM/Document management system
- Experience in property management or strata not a requirement but beneficial
- You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem solve
- You have great relationship building skills
