**About the Role**:
As a **Property Manager**, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional service to clients. Our structured approach ensures that you can concentrate solely on property management without unnecessary distractions.
- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting periodic inspections & bond final inspections
- Maintaining a low arrears rate
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
