**About the role**

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity within our Student Loans Unit. The Student Loans Support Officer is responsible for providing high quality, team-based administrative support and delivery of Federal VET Student Loan and FEE HELP programs in a timely, accurate, reliable and effective manner to support the team’s strategies and guiding principles.

**About You**

You’ll possess strong organisational and multitasking skills. Experienced in providing outstanding administrative support which contributes to the functions of the business running effectively.

You will have experience in administration in the vocational education and training environment, including the regulatory environment. Ideally you also have experience in, or a thorough understanding of, the Commonwealth income contingent Student Loan Programs.

As the Support Loans Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of Federal VET Student Loan and FEE HELP programs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality, team-based administrative support to contribute to the effective functioning of the business.
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and reliable processing of student loans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to guarantee the completeness, correctness, and compliance of all administrative processes.
- Managing complex projects independently, demonstrating a high level of competence and attention to detail.
