**About the Opportunity**
As the Fundraising Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement the fundraising strategy and create the donor journey across all fundraising streams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scope, develop, and deliver the fundraising program across multiple fundraising streams to include campaigns and appeals, major gifts, bequests and partnerships
- Manage and nurture the donor pipeline and identify new opportunities across all fundraising channels
- Develop relationships with donors and supporters at all levels, taking them through their individual donor journey
- Build relationships internally to identify and understand funding opportunities and to create cases for support to attract individual donors, and corporate and community partners
- Analyse and update information in the database using Salesforce, to make recommendations accordingly
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop donor communications, appeals and collateral
- Work in a highly collaborative manner with a positive team to make an impact in the everyday lives of Australians

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven success in a fundraising role, scoping, creating and implementing donor journeys across one or more channels
- Excellent relationship management skills with experience engaging donors at a variety of levels
- Proven ability to analyse data to create reports and to make data driven decisions regarding fundraising initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to a variety of audiences
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and a proactive approach
- The ability to work closely with the internal team to identify and create areas for support
- A collaborative approach to Fundraising and a passion to join a small and ambitious organisation
