With over 112 locations and 90,000 Self Storage spaces across Australia & New Zealand we’re looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team based in New South Wales.

We are looking for a motivated person who is prepared to travel and take responsibility and care for a portfolio of centres in NSW. The portfolio of locations covers our centres in the areas from Liverpool, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Nowra, Mittagong, Moss Vale, Goulburn and through to Canberra.

**Your role will be to;**
- Maximise the performance of our storage centres; while supporting and coaching the team's running them.
- Maintain and enhance the quality of our centre operations and presentation.
- Cultivate a flexible, innovative and constructive working environment.
- Oversee a portfolio of centres across your portfolio.
- Work with a team of constructive and motivated Operations Managers.
- Be responsible for assembling the right Teams as we continue to grow as a business on our journey **To Be The Favourite Name In Space**.

You will be working side by side with your NSW counterpart and the guidance from the Head Of Operations and play a key role in developing the strategic plan and direction for the company.

Previous experience in multi-site business management is preferred. Retail and marketing experience will also be an advantage. A salary package based on your experience and the value added to our organisation is available.
