**The role**: Reporting to the Manager of Operations, as Payroll Manager you will oversee a Payroll team that includes a Supervisor, several Senior Payroll officers, and a great team of Payroll Officers.

The priority for this role can be summarised as follows:

- Provide leadership to the entire Payroll function
- Maintain a high-performing culture across the Payroll function
- Enhance the current team's Payroll skills
- Maintain service level agreements with all clients
- Suggest and implement process improvements where ever possible
- Ensure Payroll compliance and legislation at all times

This is a permanent role paying $135,000 + Super. You can work from home two days a week and will receive various other benefits & perks as a permanent employee.
