Armadale, Australia The New Trend Full time

This is a creative role and an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye and passionate about creating unique content. You will be responsible for conceptualising and curating authentic and engaging content for The New Trend customer across all channels. You will be highly skilled in strategy and planning, have a solid understanding of high-end fashion, driven and self-motivated. Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Creating, conceptualising, and taking innovative and unique content for The New Trend channels including website, social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram/Tik Tok) and eDM
- Support the Marketing and Online Manager with the campaign process from original concepts, briefing to the Digital Designer through to approval and execution.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams to maximise opportunities for content creation.
- Delivering consistent cross channel marketing content across The New Trend channels and understanding the role it plays in the entire customer lifecycle marketing activity
- Manage and maintain the photography calendar for content shoots with support from the Brand Director and Marketing Manager
- Produce style guides and mood board’s to be approved by the Brand Director and Marketing Manager prior to each shoot day
- Co-ordinate and attending product shoots from end to end, pro-actively source talent, prepping stock and styling to suit The New Trend customer
- Develop and foster positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective delivery of activities in a timely and brand-consistent manner
- Grow, develop, and execute the organic social media strategy including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest and the Journal
- Weekly reporting on social media content performance to provide analysis and recommendations to improve
- Stay updated with current social media trends across all platforms, competitor activities and create strategies to aid in the growth of The New Trend Australia social media channels
- Actively generate recommendations to elevate all facets of the production process to maximise online sales, engagement, and reach
- Understand and execute the brand style guide requirements for The New Trend.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva is preferred, but not essential.
