Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-paced, creative environment? Theory Crew is looking for an Account Director to join our passionate team and lead our campaign team to execute impactful strategies.

Theory Crew is an integrated PR, influencer marketing and social media agency based in Melbourne. Our client suite extends across global and local household brands, including Bulla, Ferrero Rocher, Fantastic Furniture, Nando's, Skin Physics, iRobot, Driscoll's, Hada Labo, Bolia, thankyou, Sunny Queen, Peckish and many others. 

As an Account Director, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, leading high-impact campaigns and mentoring a team of talented professionals. You will oversee strategy, execution, and client satisfaction while driving business growth and innovation.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in an agency role
  • Proven success in leading client campaigns, with a strong track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Is a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Has deep industry knowledge across media, influencer marketing, and organic and paid social media.
  • Excels in relationship-building, communication, and leadership.
  • Is highly organised with a keen eye for detail and execution.
  • Loves mentoring and developing teams, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
  • Is driven by growth, creativity, and delivering outstanding client results.
