Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-paced, creative environment? Theory Crew is looking for a PR Account Director or PR Specialist to join our passionate team and lead our campaign team to execute impactful PR strategies.

Theory Crew is an integrated PR, influencer marketing and social media agency based in Melbourne. Our client suite extends across global and local household brands, including Bulla, Ferrero Rocher, Fantastic Furniture, Nando's, Skin Physics, iRobot, Driscoll's, Hada Labo, Bolia, thankyou, Sunny Queen, Peckish and many others. 

As a
PR Account Director or PR Specialist

, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, leading high-impact campaigns and mentoring a team of talented professionals. You will oversee strategy, execution, and client satisfaction while driving business growth and innovation.

The role involves managing client PR strategies, copywriting, building and maintaining media relations, and handling strategic communications for our client suite. You will oversee account management, ensuring the successful execution of PR & sponsored media campaigns and achieving desired outcomes for clients.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years PR experience in an agency or journalism role
  • Has deep industry knowledge across the media and sponsored media landscape
  • Proven success in leading client campaigns, with a strong track record of meeting KPIs
  • Media contacts and a strong network
  • Is a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and innovation
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Loves mentoring and developing teams, fostering a positive and high-performance culture
  • Excels in relationship-building, communication, and leadership
  • Is highly organised with a keen eye for detail and execution
  • Is driven by growth, creativity, and delivering outstanding client results.
