Freelance Marketing Co-ordinator

Flexible | Approx. 20 hrs/month

We're looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Social Media/Marketing Co-ordinator to join our growing team and bring the Wanderluxe Sleepwear brand story to life across digital platforms.

About Us

Wanderluxe Sleepwear is a Melbourne-based luxury sleepwear and loungewear brand, renowned for our timeless styles, bespoke fabrics, and premium quality. We're stocked in David Jones, Myer, The Iconic, luxury boutiques, premium lifestyle retailers, and 5-star hotels across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Role (approx. 20 hrs/month)

  • Shoot, edit & schedule engaging social media content
  • Analyse & implement social-led content strategy
  • Create basic design assets (Canva or similar)
  • Schedule & set up EDMs in Klaviyo
  • Familiar with Shopify set up
  • Track & report on content performance & engagement

What We're Looking For

  • A strong creative eye & passion for creating high-quality content
  • Solid understanding of design principles & branding consistency
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to express a luxury brand voice
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated & proactive approach
  • Experience with Shopify & EDM platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
  • A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle & premium branding
  • A forward-thinking, "can-do" mindset
