**About the Role**:
**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispense with Care and Style**: Help our clients find the perfect eyewear that suits their prescription, face shape, and personal style. Offer tailored advice and ensure a flawless fit.
- **Deliver a Personalised Experience**: Provide warm, one-on-one consultations, making every client feel valued and confident in their choice.
- **Take Initiative**: Own your role by seeking ways to enhance the client journey and improve day-to-day processes.
- **Adapt and Excel**: Work well in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Prioritise tasks efficiently and stay composed under pressure.
- **Operate Independently**: Confidently manage the store solo during quieter shifts, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Work alongside our on-site optometrist and/or casual team members.
- **Marketing Support**: Share ideas for in-store promotions and social media. A flair for Instagram, Canva, or retail branding is a bonus

**What You Bring**:

- **Dispensing Experience**: Prior optical dispensing experience is essential. Experience in a boutique or luxury retail setting is a plus, but not required.
- **Great Communicator**: You're friendly, articulate, and able to build trust quickly with a diverse clientele.
- **Self-Starter**: You're reliable, proactive, and take pride in your work.
- **Tech Confident**: Comfortable using programs like Microsoft Office and Canva. Experience with Optomate or similar systems is helpful but not mandatory — we’re happy to train the right person

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible part-time to full-time role depending on your availability and fit.
