Our client is a leading fragrance and scent brand that have seen a large expansion over the past 18-months. This permanent, full-time role is a great opportunity to start in a new role, within an Australian owned company that values teamwork, collaboration, and enjoyment the workplace environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Administration pricing quotes to new and existing clients.
- Assisting with returns, refunds and warranty guarantees to clients.
- Communications internally with warehouse, logistics, and sales regarding orders and shipments.
- Maintaining and building customer relationships through promptly actioning requests.
- General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a friendly and diligent Junior Customer Service Officer, who has a passionate for the highest level of customer service on all interactions. You will need to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, especially in your data entry requirements. This is a fast-paced inbound role and one that will require you to take on a multi-faceted position in the workplace. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours on-site in the Cheltenham office.
