**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
- Organising freight and shipping for client orders and scheduling deliveries.
- Updating clients on stock availability and informing them of their order ETA's.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a hardworking Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and has excellent written and verbal communications skills. To be successful, you'll also need a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively in a medium-sized team environment. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be required in the office on a full-time basis. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with an immediate start.
