**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Photographer/Videographer to join our in-house Creative team. Reporting intto the Photography/Videography Manager, your responsibilities will include interpreting and managing briefs to produce world class imagery which supports our digital and retail endeavours for the Accent Group of brands.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Interpret briefs effectively to ensure all images produced are on brand, adds value to the customer and improves performance across the social and eCommerce sites for the group
- Work with the marketing team to prepare for shoots with shot listing, talent casting, location scouting and styling
- Manage image post-production process including retouching, colour correction, resizing requirements, photo mark-ups and web-ready deliveries; Perform quality assurance on all images
- Work with Creative Lead to contribute to an effective workflow management system which standardises and streamlines the briefing, feedback and approval processes across the marketing, product, digital and creative teams to help improve efficiency and produce quality outputs
- Ensure studio space and photography equipment is maintained and/or reported for maintenance and repair in a timely manner
- Maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers
- Undertake research and maintain knowledge of the latest developments and technology in photography and lighting techniques to ensure The Athlete’s Foot’s imagery is best-in-class
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Photography, Film and Television Production Degree or Fine Arts Degree or equivalent qualification and/or minimum 2 years of experience shooting with DSLR cameras, recording high quality audio, and editing engaging video content
- Photographic, lighting and post-production image editing skills at advanced level with demonstrated portfolio of work.
- Proficiency with digital workflow standards from tethered shooting, RAW capture to processed JPGs.
- Hands-on knowledge of colour theory and colour management working within sRGB web and CMYK
- Excellent post-production skills including professional editing experience, captioning, creating motion graphics and exporting, uploading, and optimising deliverables
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies
