**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As DECJUBA continues to grow, we are currently looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join our #AMAZING Customer Experience team.

Reporting to our Brand Art Director, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Creative Team. This involves facilitating and delivering creative projects on time, ensuring they are align with briefs and brand, along with effectively managing internal and external stakeholder expectations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage day-to-day workload of the creative studio (graphics & art direction) based on prioritised tasks, available resources, work schedules & project milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed deadlines.
- Owns CX Go-To-Market process & key milestone meetings.
- Manage and communicate internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Practice and uphold established procedures and processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate with agencies on bookings of talent/photographers/locations’ for shoots.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3 to 4 years proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating success in leading a creative team.
- Strong understanding of brand, creative and interest in fashion. Understanding creative processes to drive industry best practice.
- Exceptional project, time and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive with a solutions-focused approach, you will need the ability to be agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in Adobe CC Suite, Trello and Slack.
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
