**About this role**
- Managing client onboarding including setting up of Service Agreements with Yahweh Care and various provider who is involved with client and NDIS budgets.
- Building and managing client relationships, providing them with a high level of support by having a comprehensive understanding of their NDIS Plan and their goals.
- Overseeing all processing of invoices and provider payments, resolving enquiries and issues as they arise.
- Implementing a working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards & Quality Indicators, Code of Conduct, Pricing Arrangements, and other pertinent information, including PRODA.
- Entering bills and invoices in Careview and Xero.
- Creating PRODA claims from invoices while adhering to strict NDIS coding.
- Charged with being in charge of end-to-end payroll, overseeing adherence to corporate policies, payroll changes, leave reconciliations, terminations, and other related payroll responsibilities for both Yahweh Care and Yahweh Property Care employees.
**Role requirements**
- Working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and organisations.
- Well-developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Expert proficiency in customer / client relationship management, service delivery and reaching KPI’s.
- Experience in the use of Xero, Microsoft Office, Careview and similar computer software and systems
- 2 Years of experience in relevant field
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting and/ or Book-keeping.
- Knowledgeable in Fairwork policies and awards.
- Professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
