**We are a registered NDIS **service provider providing support for individuals with disabilities throughout Sydney and regional NSW.

We are looking for a passionate and committed Service Delivery Manager as we are growing and expanding our team.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Ability to make decisions and communicate these decisions effectively to support workers.
- Assisting frontline staff with after-hours and emergency situations by providing logical and calculated decisions to ensure participant and staff safety
- Follow the escalation procedures as required and report to Operations Manager
- Staff Management of Support Workers including performance management and mentoring.
- Responsible for obtaining feedback from clients and staff, particularly their views on current service delivery.
- Responsible for implementation of systems and processes that place the client at the centre of service delivery, exercising maximum choice and control
- Programs implemented balance dignity of risk v’s duty of care requirements for clients and the organisation.
- Ensure that all staff understand clients’ human rights, and support them in ensuring their rights are upheld
- Commitment to continuous improvement principles and adherence to the set quality standards
- Willing to cover emergency shifts

**COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge and understanding of disability sector funding and new innovation funding including NDIS.
- Demonstrated self-leadership capacity in previous roles.
- Management experience is preferred however is not a must.
- Demonstrated superior skills in mediation and negotiation, collaboration and consultation with key stakeholders.
- High-level knowledge and understanding of the policy, procedures and standards pertaining to the provision of disability services.
- Knowledge/experience with the NDIS and Disability Services
- Competence with systems and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
- NDIS worker’s screening check (NDISWC)
- Working with Children’s check (WWCC).
- Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Disability as a minimum requirement.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Drivers licence and own vehicle

**Salary Type**: Negotiable based on experience

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
