Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a People, Culture, and Payroll Manager located in Blacktown, NSW. The People, Culture, and Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll management and HR administration
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Skills in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to promote and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working in a community-based or not-for-profit organisation is a plus
