A fantastic opportunity to lead an accounts team within a Global company based North of the River

**Your new company**

Is a global company based North of the river. They are looking for an Accounts Team Lead to join their finance team. This role is a newly created, and you will have 5 direct reports.

**Your new role**
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts payables process
- Work with and support the management team to deliver effective processes within efficient time frames while also offering ideas for process improvement
- Responsible for performing end to end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Performance management for 5 direct reports.
- Setting goals and driving a strong performance within the team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, strong accounts receivable and credit management is a must with Accounts Payable experience being secondary. You will have excellent leadership and influencing skills. Strong client relationship experience. Experience working with Pronto is desirable but not essential, but experience with another ERP is needed.
