**ABOUT THE OPPURTUNITY**

Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Advisor to join our newly appointment team. You will be supporting and developing communication collateral for AGFMA’s internal and external communication channels, ensuring that material is targeted to the appropriate channels and audiences to drive maximum engagement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**
- Take a lead role in managing AGFMA’s digital and traditional communications channels and developing communication collateral including content for websites/microsites, Yammer, and engagement activities.
- Continuously improve in terms of finding efficiencies and automation opportunities _within communications and other processes_ for the team _and external audiences, including contractors and agencies._

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Broad experience and interest in external and internal communications
- Experience across production and management of photography / video assets
- Demonstrated capability in evidence-based improvement
- Strong understanding of brand and marketing value creation and trends
- Demonstrated experience in use of design tools
- SharePoint design skills
