**About this opportunity**

Reporting to the Credit Team Leader based in our Brisbane office working alongside a team of 5, you will responsible for managing 2,000 accounts.
- Monitor assigned trading accounts and employ approved follow up procedures to ensure that customers are kept within trading terms.
- Reconcile Customer accounts as required
- Appropriately assess, seek approval and direct claims to be processed in a timely and efficient manner, allocate account payments where required
- Handle Customer account enquiries, be able to negotiate with Customers and adapt to new situations so as to provide a positive outcome, which
benefits both the Customer and Lactalis
- Good stakeholder relationship skills
- Update the end of month reason code report, comply with all relevant company policies and guidelines and perform ad hoc duties

**Ideally you will have**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working within a similar role
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and SAP preferred
- Experience in the Australian Food Industry
- Time management and organizational skills which are likely to be tested by the varying challenges in a FMCG business.
