**Position Description**

With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Officer to join their team on permanent basis. This opportunity allows for you to take control of the collections and accounts receivable process, ensuring all duties are conducted in accordance to all compliance and develop great relationships with all clients. This opportunity is located in Brisbane's western suburbs.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to and working alongside of the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for:

- High volume collection calls and regular follow-up of customer accounts;
- Generating overdue notice letters and ensuring they are sent to the customer;
- Handling telephone account queries - internal/external;
- Creating and determining credit limits for new customer accounts and monitoring credit status.

**Skills & Experience**
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced and demanding credit environment;
- Ability to pick-up the phone and execute making difficult phone calls;
- Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation;
- Drive and passion to learn and develop your career;
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment;
- It is essential that you have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel);
- Positive and friendly work ethic.
