**About Our Client**:
My client is a global leader in their industry, as well as a household name in the FMCG field. They operate in producing high quality food and beverage products.

Their products are sold to millions of customers across the world weekly, and are a staple in the common household.

Due to the scope of the business, they can offer significant career opportunities with regular internal promotions.

Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, this role is a process related full-function Credit Officer position. The role is a higher volume position, but lower value credit and collections. On a day-to-day, the responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing collections of weekly and monthly accounts up to legal stage
- Reconciling accounts where required
- Resolving outstanding claims
- Assisting with allocation of payments
- Converting customers to electronic payments and providing correspondence.
- Providing monthly commentary on overdue Accounts

**The Successful Applicant**:

- SAP knowledge advantageous
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication both verbal and written.

There is the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week, as well as access to on-site parking for days working in the office based in South Brisbane. The salary on offer for this role is in the range of $70,000-75,000 + Superannuation.
