1. Recruit, employ and create position descriptions for workers.

2. Deliver daily general requirements of managing director.

3. Managing daily day activities for admin team.

4. Take reasonable care for his or her own health and safety.

5. Take reasonable care that his/her acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons.

6. Report any quality and safety incident or hazards at work to their Manager or Supervisor.

7. Carry out their roles and responsibilities as detailed in the relevant policies and processes.

9. Use correctly any equipment provided to protect their health and safety while at work.

10. Not distract the attention of other workers from their work unless it is necessary to the job and no unsafe conditions will result.

11. Ensure they are not so affected by alcohol or another drug, to endanger their own or any other persons’ health and safety.

12. Take all reasonable precaution to protect the public from accidents which may occur as a result of any work activity that may endanger them.

13. Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

14. Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

15. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

16. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.

17. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

18. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company objectives and goals.

19. Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

20. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.

21. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

22. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

23. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

24. Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

25. Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

26. Ensure that all employees receive training, instruction, and information to enable them to perform their work.

27. Communicate the company’s policies and procedures to all employees and is also responsible for communicating risks and responsibilities for NDIS system.

28.Take reasonable care for your own health and safety

29. Report any incident or hazards to the relevant Manager or Supervisor.

31. Ensure you are not affected by alcohol or drugs, to endanger your own or any other persons’ health and safety.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $44,207.79 - $91,273.76 per year
