**Position**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the calendar and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Preparing agendas and minute taking for all meetings
- Assist in coordination of all corporate and in-house events
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Maintaining confidential files and documents
- Assisting with personal errands and tasks as required

**Role requirements**:

- Must be open to interstate and international travel when required
- Must be confident in writing and using systems such as word, excel etc
- Must be available 24/7 in cases of emergencies OR flexible to working outside of the usual business hours

**Attributes and Skillset**:

- Diploma in Business Admin or in a relevant field
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as needed
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
