As a Chapter Lead you are responsible for coaching, developing and managing the team members in your chapter, to get the best out of them, in order for our enable our customers to stay “a step ahead in life and business”.
You’ll take lead of increasing their craftsmanship by having continuous performance and career conversations and focusing on team development. You’ll inspire, develop, embed expertise and encourage innovation within your chapter and tribe. You’ll carry out a culture that is supportive of the One Way of Working and are the role model in your behaviour.
Importantly, the manner of working within a field of expertise, the distribution of specific knowledge/focus areas and the selection of standards to be used are determined in conjunction with the Chapter Leads of associated chapters..

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Enhancing the squad productivity to achieve both business and customer outcomes.
- Single point of coordination between Transformation Office and Daily Banking Tribe in context of our project portfolio across the Tribe in line with the QBR planning cycle
- Lead the end-to-end planning and development of comprehensive product roadmaps, considering resource and cost allocation, risk and issues and efficiencies to promote delivery excellence
- Managing product/feature launches by building product roadmaps, defining the strategy, setting the vision and laying out the value proposition of digital experience for Daily Banking customers.
**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Experience with leading, coaching and developing high performing teams.
- Demonstrated cross functional stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with a strong coaching and development mindset.
- Has mastery expertise in the fundamentals of at least one core pillar of CJE i.e. marketing, product management, and process or channel optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience managing Payment Vendors (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS) from a strategic perspective.
