**As a Tribe Lead you lead the Daily Banking E2E value chain and P&L and inspire your teams to strengthen "One Way of Working" practices to ensure a leading customer experience, while safeguarding the Orange code.**

**You have accountability for defining and implementing the strategic plan. You focus on delivery through collaboration, bringing people together to deliver towards the same purpose.**

**What you'll do**
- **You will translate the long and short term strategies (2032 Growth Ambition) into business outcomes and ensure the Tribe is focused on the right priorities for our customers.**:

- **You will determine in consultation with Product Area Leads and IT Area Lead which squads are necessary, their composition, and purpose. You will enable and execute with the squads in achieving that purpose and operating within the budget allocated to the Tribe.**:

- **You work closely with, and are advised by, the IT Area Lead on the prioritisation and delivery of IT solutions required for the success of the Tribe.**:

- **You ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met within agreed timeframes**:

- **You enable and support knowledge sharing both within the tribe as well as across other tribes and Centres of Expertise.**:

- **You have the first line risk accountability for the Tribe, including quality of data, asset management, customer journey design of KYC and product risk/governance.**:

- **The Tribe Lead forms part of the Retail Bank Leadership Team (RBLT) and proactively contributes to executing the Retail Bank strategy.**:

- **You own the Tribe's objectives and its P&L**:

- **You set and optimise strategic direction and transform ING strategy (group, local, and retail) to the Tribe level and drive the implementation. Importantly, you also proactively contribute to executing the Retail Bank strategy for ING in Australia.**:

- **You are responsible for influencing the acquisition, cross-sell and end-to-end customer life cycle management throughout the whole organisation for Daily Banking customers**:

- **You promote a digitization first mindset and transpose the digital roadmap into a cohesive retail bank strategy (in consultation with the Digital Tribe)**:

- **You develop, implement, review and optimise Daily Banking products and pricing strategies for Daily Banking**:

- **You are responsible for the remediation of all first line risk activities within your Tribe**:

- **You influence the building of reliable, seamless customer journeys for all Daily Banking activities in sales and service.**

**What you'll bring**
- **10+ years experience in Financial Services product management, ideally in a Daily Banking environment**
- **Previous experience in setting strategy, and driving strategic change**
- **Proven experience in leading a team and business, as well as working as part of a cross functional leadership team**
- **Experience in managing a P&L, maximising revenue, balancing risk and reducing costs**
- **Delivery of a change agenda to scope, outcome and budget**
- **Sponsorship and/or delivery of projects spanning technology, operations**
- **Experience in building products, experiences and service using PACE**
