Qualifications and Skills: Experience with modern testing frameworks like BDD and TDD, including large-scale test modernization.
Proven leadership in software engineering roles.
Strong understanding of business and technical strategies.
Excellent leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
Effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Team City, Octopus), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Go, Java, Python, or Java Script.
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and security best practices in CI/CD.
