About the Role
- Demonstrate knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of recognised policies, procedures and legislative requirements relating to Private Practice arrangements and billing compliance.
- Ensure high standard of service is provided to all clients internal and external within acceptable timeframes as required in a confidential manner.
- Assist in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices providing feedback on recommendations for improvements to the Team Leader.
