**This is a physical on-site position with requirement to work from our office located in Parramatta, NSW.**

We have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support Officer to join our IT Team. Reporting to the General Manager - IT, the IT Support Officer will be responsible for ICT support, operational function of POS, information systems, equipment and operational systems.

**Duties include; **but not limited to
- Provide IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Maintain and support the point of sale (POS) system, ensuring its proper functionality and performance.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new POS hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Train and assist staff in the proper use of IT systems, tools, and equipment.
- Provide afterhours support when required

**Required skills and experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Familiarity of Point of Sale Systems
- Knowledge of Car Park Systems (Desirable)
- Industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Experience with remote support and virtual desktop environments
