**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Sonic HealthPlus is seeking a dedicated and proactive **Contracts Support Officer** to join our dynamic Contracts Team within the Commercial business unit. In this key role, you will support the management of existing contracts by reviewing terms, pricing, ensuring compliance, and providing administrative assistance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support contract management by ensuring contract requirements and milestones are met.
- Maintain and update contract management systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Communicate formal contract updates and respond to related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with contract-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with the legal team for contract reviews, milestones, and execution.
- Assist in projects like the Annual Pricing Review and Auditing & Compliance.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Demonstrated Administration experience in a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to contract management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office** including Excel**, Adobe Professional, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
