**The Opportunity**

The Communications & Engagement Officer is responsible for a range of strategies to internally engage our teams, ensure they are fully connected into our vision and purpose, they are aware of and have input into our ongoing projects and feel cognizant of and comfortable with our change delivery. The role incorporates internal comms from all departments and stakeholders. It also functions as our external communications faculty for regular PR, patient engagement, industry engagement and the raising of our brand awareness.

**You will**
- Create and maintain an internal communications schedule to ensure a streamlined comms flow
- Copywrite our internal ‘proactives’ per our internal comms plan and ensure adherence to this plan (i.e., newsletters, EDMS, clinic profiles, case studies, testimonials)
- Copywrite internal ‘reactives’ and balance proactive and reactive comms to ensure balanced flow to network (COVID-19 updates, health updates and team engagement/events)
- Assist various departments with project and change management comms - ensure these are built into calendars and scheduled appropriately
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure their communications needs are being met
- Conduct regular audits on our communication processes and channels to ensure our delivery methods are best practice
- Assist with creating content for our digital media platforms
- Write or edit speeches and presentations for stakeholders as required

**You will**:

- Have 2 or more years' experience in a Corporate Communication role
- Be a highly experienced copywriter
- Be highly experienced in developing comms plans
- Have a confident, outgoing personality, capable of engaging with a range or stakeholder groups, including doctors and executive teams in order to collect information to create comms plans and highly engaging communications to fulfil these plans
- Be a highly motivated, independent and flexible worker
- Have experience in a Professional Services organisation
- Experience in Health Sector is highly desirable
