Our client, a growing cardiology practice with a specific interest in adult congenital heart disease. Currently they are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join their team.
Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Acting as first point of contact to patients
- Managing inbound calls in a professional manner
- Booking appointments for patients
- General administration including patient accounts, banking procedures, account invoicing and debt collection
- Chasing referrals and patient results
- Health fund Checks
- Hospital billings
- Sending out Quotations
- Using patient management system and other electronic interfaces
- Prepare patient surgery and information packs
- Experience using Genie will be an advantage
