Our client is a highly specialised surgical and specialist centre. They offer the latest technology and research coupled with a team of professionals who are leaders in their field.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant/Medical Receptionist to join their team. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Personal Assistant to surgeon
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Ordering of office supplies

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service. Genie experience will be an advantage
