**Job Title**: HRIS Integration Lead

**Location**: Brisbane

**Model**: Hybrid

**Term**: 12-months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple system owners / business stakeholders of the systems to complete the design activity
- Provide governance with multiple service providers and integration partners to oversee design, build activities and build the integration solution
- Work with technical lead to plan and sequence the integration activities and dependencies required
- Work closely with the organisation and Systems Integrator Technical Leads to ensure the outcomes of the impact analysis is taken into consideration for data migration and functional design of Workday
- Provide inputs into end-to-end test planning, preparing and execution for downstream systems
- Supporting the identification and remediation of complex problems

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical ability to review high level information and transforming outcomes into useful insights
- Ability to manage a mix of internal project teams, service providers and implementation partners to coordinate activities
- Experience in integrating multiple enterprise systems across various domains (E.g. **HRSystem - Identity**, **HR System - LMS**)
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Prior experience with Azure serverless, or Boomi is desired however, other integration products will be considered
- Developing design documents and sequence diagrams
