Asset Integrity Lead

We have a relentless focus on safety and drive a strong people-focused culture. **About the role** Our **Asset Management** team are a high performing and innovation focused team of Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity professionals. We work closely with our clients providing project and operational support across the Mining and Energy Sectors and the many asset types therein. As an **Asset Integrity Lead**, you will support and also lead elements of asset integrity projects as well as manage a team of Engineers. You will work with existing national clients on asset maintenance and integrity projects and be supported to identify new opportunities and continue our success in generating innovative, fit for purpose and cost-effective solutions for our customers. Within this role, you will: - Work directly with customers day-to-day, driving project deliverables and identifying new projects. - Manage project stakeholders to ensure project scope, needs and expectations are fully satisfied. - Manage and mentor team of Engineers including Junior & Graduate engineers - Support and deliver asset integrity activities including, Risk Based Inspection Assessments, Anomaly Management, Defect Assessments and Analysis, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling, Repair scope development, reviewing inspection data and developing asset integrity programmes and plans, Asset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and audits, and more - Identify new / additional opportunities of improvement within assigned work to grow the asset integrity team capability - Take a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving current asset integrity systems and processes. **The Person** You will ideally have a background in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments with a proven capability to deliver to project timelines as well as: - A degree in **Mechanical, Material or Corrosion **Engineering, - Extensive experience preferably in maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting teams, - Experience developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity management systems and databases (i.e. Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, MEX, Nexus, PCMS). - General understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment - Confidence with RBI assessments and facilitating workshops to address any identified integrity issues. - Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts - The energy and passion to challenge themselves, innovate and step outside their "comfort zone". - A high competence and passion to use inspection / integrity data to drive projects and reporting. - Demonstrated initiative to identify and extend service opportunities with existing customers. - Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Power BI - A willingness to travel and undertake site work as required. **The new Verbrec** brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients. **Evolution, engineered.** **Our Vision** - Meeting the future by engineering transformative solutions through full project and asset lifecycles. **Our Promise to You** - We believe in passionate and innovative people delivering our success.
