
Kiosk Sales Representative for VeÜ Program

**Overview**:
As a **Kiosk Sales Representative for the VEÜ Program**, you will be responsible for promoting and selling VEÜ (Virtual Experience Universe) products and services at designated kiosk locations. You will engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, answer inquiries, and facilitate sales transactions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for technology and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Promotion and Sales**: Actively engage with customers to promote VEÜ products and services, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value propositions. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
**Product Demonstrations**: Conduct compelling demonstrations of VEÜ products and services to showcase their functionalities and capabilities. Effectively communicate how VEÜ can enhance customers' virtual experiences.
**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting customers with product selection. Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
**Kiosk Maintenance**: Ensure the kiosk area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as restocking inventory and troubleshooting technical issues, to ensure smooth operations.
**Sales Reporting**: Accurately record sales transactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback. Generate regular reports summarizing sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
**Sales Experience**: Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment. Experience with technology or electronics sales is a plus.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
**Customer Focus**: Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
**Reliability**: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on kiosk operating hours.
