We are seeking a Supply Chain Officer to ensure that stock management levels are sufficiently maintain to fully operating stock for our customer stores. Some of the key tasks are:

- Monitor, planning & forecasting the stock volumes to ensure stock on hand is sufficiently controlled to meet customers operational requirements
- Monitoring and providing inventory requirements in line with the weekly stock plan.
- Following up on the delivery confirmation with supplier & carriers.
- Responsibility for raising and sending Purchase Orders on approved suppliers in sufficient time to affect replenishment prior to stock run out.
- Maintain operational relationships with customers supply chain, management team & suppliers.
- Manage New and Promotional stock lines or product & price changes in sufficient time to meet customers’ requirements.
- Maintain open communication regard stock issues, stock shortages and supplier issues within supply chain & internal stake holders.
- Conduct audits in the warehouse to identify any variances and identify process gaps.
- Identify the root causes for the inventory discrepancies and damages and establish preventive actions to mitigate them.
- Coordinating with customers to address needs for outgoing goods and arrange appropriate delivery requirements with Metro or Line haul transport team.
- Provide analytical support to senior management to identify cost and strategic improvement opportunities and proposals
