Ready to lead in the next generation of cold storage? We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to take the reins at our brand-new, state-of-the-art refrigeration facility. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory in a high-tech environment, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, cost effective and efficient. With cutting-edge technology at your fingertips, you’ll drive performance, optimise workflows, and lead a team in maintaining a seamless cold chain. Your key responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the Warehouse Management System.
- Customer Management:

- Processing and distributing customer charges accurately and efficiently.
- Creating, setting up, and maintaining customer profiles within the WMS and other relevant systems.
- Communicating effectively with customer representatives and customer contacts.
- Generating and maintaining customer reports.
- Accountable and responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Ensuring fluency in all operational processes (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, etc.)
- Overseeing the physical storage of goods.
- Training and managing warehouse staff.
- Scheduling staff to meet operational needs.
- Monitoring staff performance.
- Reporting & Administration:

- Creating and maintaining required reports (e.g., inventory, performance, etc.).
- Handling administrative requirements related to the role.
- Implementing reporting function for all warehouse activities

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Ideal Experience and Qualifications;**
- Masters, Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Advanced experience using SAP warehouse / inventory management

**Ideal Skills and Qualities;**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office suite,
- Excellent understanding of warehousing systems such as WMS and SAP.
- Excellent Customer Management skills
- Analytical skills suitable for this position.
