- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Intermediate knowledge and skills across Windows-based products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions quickly
