**About the Role**:
The Fulfilment Lead is wholly accountable for the successful operations and management of fulfilling all orders, including the wave planning & release, picking, fridge and vault order fulfilment & compliance.

Through their proactive and critical thinking mindset, the Fulfilment Lead is accountable for:

- The optimisation of the site through analysis and identification of system improvements to drive our performance
- Effective management and collaboration of the fulfilment team, including their proactive engagement with the other distribution centre teams
- Ensure a capable and competent team, successfully and safely meeting key performance indicators
- Achievement / demonstration of proactive action to achieve all site key performance metrics, including financial, operational, legislative compliance and safety & wellbeing KPIs

**About you**:

- Experience in a supervisory capacity of a logistics or production facility
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a workforce within a unionised site

Demonstrated understanding of:

- Health and Safety
- Inventory management
- Service standards
- Warehouse Management Systems
- Building high performance teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ideal experience from Pharmacy or FMCG supply chains

**Qualifications**
- Supply chain or Business related qualification preferred
