The Department of Health plays a critical role in the Victorian health system and is responsible for shaping it to meet the health needs of all Victorians. **About the role**:
This role is responsible for working on multiple system design projects with a strong focus on the service capability framework program and supporting the System Design and Planning Unit to develop and deliver on system wide reforms - with a strong focus on the hospital system - that improve the health of Victorians.

**Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate**:

- A strong understanding and knowledge of the policy context and direction of the Victorian health system, the environment it operates in and relevant departmental systems.
- Other technical skills or knowledge that would support you to deliver this role, e.g., clinical experience.
- Experience analysing large health datasets to inform decision-makingDot points essential for the role
