The Making Corporation is pleased to partner with a leading not-for-profit health organisation, helping shape how its people connect, engage and deliver on a shared vision of improving life for aging Victorians.

As Internal Communications Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing the organisation's story to life - developing and executing creative internal communications strategies that inspire connection, pride and purpose across a large and diverse workforce.

You'll work collaboratively and partner with leaders across the business to:

  • Deliver clear, engaging internal messaging around key strategic initiatives and organisational change.
  • Champion storytelling that celebrates people, values and impact.
  • Build engagement through digital channels, video content and new ideas that cut through.
  • Partner with teams to strengthen alignment to the organisation's mission and values.
  • Contribute to the growth of meaningful social programs that make a tangible community impact.

Reporting to a brilliant Communications Manager, this role will suit a communications professional with around five years' experience in internal or corporate communications who loves translating strategy into stories that move people to action.

You'll bring strong writing skills, creative flair and the confidence to advise stakeholders at all levels. Further you'll harbour an appetite to learn and grow as a practitioner.
