**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
As a Portfolio Analyst you will support the Portfolio Office function within the Home Health (HH) Platform, this will involve coordinating and collaborating with various Home Health forums in streamlining the initiative intake process, as well as providing artefacts to Portfolio Governance committee and various other committees.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Being a conduit between HH Portfolio Office function and other HH forums and committees
- Liaising with HH forums and ensuring all initiatives and requirements are understood
- Coordinating with HH Portfolio Governance sub committee members and ensuring assessment of new initiatives is done in timely manner
- Reviewing project status reports and ensuring project management framework is followed
- Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
- Monitoring HH resource allocation and utilisation and produce artefacts for various forums
- Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary discrepancies
- Liaising with project team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed
- Preparing various committee packs and artefacts for committee meetings
- Ensuring all project strategies are in compliance with Australian Unity standards

**About You**:

- Over 3 years’ experience in PMO and portfolio environments
- Experience within the health industry highly desirable
- Process/project management and coordination
- Proven experience in project/change delivery and driving change at scale
- Proven experience in driving outcomes and customer driven strategies in a complex and changing environment
- Degree qualification preferred
