As part of our growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analyst to join our Valuations Team in Melbourne.
About the opportunity
Reporting into the Senior Valuations Manager, your role will have you working on a range of activities to ensure team compliance and objectives.
As the Portfolio Analyst you will
Work with the team to measure and report performance of valuations against sector, fund, company, and industry benchmarks.
Create and maintain SQL date tables for data storage and management.
Create and maintain Power BI reports and visualisation to help stakeholders easily understand data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and data driven recommendations.
Working with the Investment Mangers and Development Managers to ensure valuations are well founded, reliable and timely.
Using data to identify trends, patterns, and risks.
Quarterly reporting
About you
You have completed a degree in real estate, finance, economics or a related field and you enjoy working with analytics. You understand real estate data and can work with large data sets with the aim to identify patterns and insights. As an experienced analyst you are proficient in SQL and Power BI and you can work within a role with deadlines and pressure. You are able to demonstrate analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and you enjoy working within a team environment.
You bring excellent communication skills and pride yourself on your attention to detail.
