My client is a leading Engineering firm based in N. Sydney. Winning exciting projects they are now expanding their HR team to cover the workload.

This role would be ideal if you are looking for a foot into the corporate world. This role will give you huge exposure to the operational running of the business and national teams.

If you are a Uni leaver or looking to gain experience and show great initiative, this role could be ideal for you.

**Duties will include**:

- Recruitment assistance, phone screening, adverts etc
- Database management
- Liaising with recruitment partners
- Onboarding new staff
- Assisting with employee surveys
- Assist with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and newsletters
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations
- All Adhoc Admin duties

**Your skills**:

- A whizz at social media & Canva/other creative platforms
- Excellent software skills (excel, word etc)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail in both online proofreading and hard-copy documents
- A can-do attitude and willingness to roll sleeves up and learn
- Flexibility around office working hours for the business needs
