**Your Impact**

The MarTech Lead is responsible for the leading the Asahi Group’s marketing technology transformation agenda, partnering with key stakeholders to identify, implement and manage the technology in our stack and the strategy behind its development.

Reporting into the Data Partnerships Manager, you will collaborate closely with the internal marketing agency (1House), our brand teams, our trade teams and our digital (IT) team to manage and implement key pieces of tech in our stack to ensure that the full value is unlocked, and use-cases are designed to deliver commercially-led outcomes.

**_ This is a fixed-term, 12-month role._**

**Other Key accountabilities**:

- Work across Asahi Oceania on the implementation of a DAM into our consumer and brand marketing MarTech Stack
- Work across Asahi on the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Intelligence
- Work with partners and end-users to prioritise needs, requirements, and roll-out project on schedule
- Work with Digital (IT) team to ensure platform complies with architecture, governance, and compliance requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders to help them leverage the value of a DAM in marketing use-cases to deliver to business productivity and value-add objectives
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure product requirements and end-user requirements are balanced to achieve well-build and integrated MarTech stack
- Build positive and collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Engage with stakeholders to create and develop business enthusiasm and demand for the use MarTech, particularly DAM.

This role will play a critical part in our future growth ambitions, as we seek to use technology to enable how we recruit and retain consumers into our Asahi/CUB ecosystem. The most critical technology deliver program for the duration of the contract with be the implementation of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution.

**About You**
- Knowledge of value of Marketing Tech/Stacks to drive relevancy, efficiencies and effectiveness in comms (inc. CDP/DMP/DSP/CRM).
- Ability to effectively manage project delivery across a large organization with complex touch points.
- Experience working closely with and understanding technology and data & analytics definitions between engineers, developers, data scientists/analysts and architects
- Highly advanced technical, analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
