**About The Role**
Reporting into the Head of MarTech (Marketing Technology) and leading a team of 4 the Audience and Tracking Manager will lead a digital centre of excellence enabling game changing customer experiences. You will guide the formation of strategies and run an operational audience and tracking management function to enable a diverse marketing team.
We are looking for someone who is hungry to run a data led commercial function across all people, process, strategy and operations fronts. Someone who loves being at the bleeding edge of marketing technology, tracking and tagging customer data (but not a developer). If you love to debate, innovate and implement the best frameworks to scale a first party data giant then this role is for you. You will join a company that is investing in a digital transformation and will have the opportunity to create a lead our audience, tracking and tagging strategy by bringing data together for commercial growth and long term success.
You will ideally have a deep knowledge of CDP, Marketing automation and Adtech tools with a passion for leading a team. If you know Telium, even better
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Embed approaches to comprehensively understanding our customers behaviour with Sportsbet’s products by setting direction and ensuring buy in for the future of tracking.
- Share strategies with Media, Customer, CRM, Product and Value stakeholders about audience management that empower a consistent customer activation for Sportsbet.
- Building a high-performing team of diverse expert practitioners, who are highly engaged, are driven to learn and stretch themselves, willing to disrupt the status quo and consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Establish a governance frameworks for quality that comprehensively supports the data quality of our tracking and audience domains.
