**About us**

We are a busy Physiotherapy practice located in Melbourne CBD. As one of the leading Dance Physio practices in Melbourne, we strive to give the best care to our patients.

Our friendly team consists of Physiotherapists, a Myotherapist, Pilates instructors and a small admin team. Together we make sure the practice runs like a well oiled machine.

This is a unique opportunity to join our practice as part of the admin team as a Receptionist.

**The role**

We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

We are looking for someone who can cover Tuesday from 7:30am to 4pm and an additional afternoon which is negotiable. However, alternative availabilities will be considered.

Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Meeting and Greeting patients
- Booking and confirming appointments
- End of day banking
- Cleaning duties
- General administrative duties
- Taking payments

**About you**

We looking for a friendly, professional and confident individual to join our team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Sound organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Great communicational skills are a must
- Willingness to take accountability when required
- Fast learner
- Previous reception experience highly regarded
- Previous experience with HICAPS, EPC and TAC desirable
- Flexibility to cover extra shifts if neccessary would also be advantageous

Training will be provided as required.
